This chia seed pudding recipe using the stress blend IS SO GOOD.
Truly the best chia seed proportions and taste you will ever try. This is is loaded with magnesium, fiber, iron, Omega 3s... plus all the vitamins and minerals from the stress blend.
Here's what you will need:
1 cup plant based milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tablespoon ground flax
1.5 tablespoons goji berries
3/4 tablespoon maple syrup
1 scoop of the stress blend
Throw EVERYTHING into a mason jar and stir the heck out of it. If you have a cap for it, put that on there and shake it for 60 seconds. Set it down for 5 minutes and shake it again for 30 seconds. Do this one more time.
Let it sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Once it's done ready to eat, use whatever toppings you want! Blackberries are great for extra fiber!
