Easy Adaptogenic Banana Bread

This dish is so easy to make! To keep it simple, we mix it all in the same baking dish. Why not? There are no rules here! Keep it easy! 

Banana bread is delicious but also- if you like to add a cacao twist to it (and we highly recommend it) then you would love adding the stress blend to your bread!

Here’s how we do it:

You need:

3 super ripe and spotty bananas

1 cup coconut flour

2 eggs
2-3 tablespoons maple syrup

6 tablespoons of stress blend


-Get your baking dish. 5 x 9 (ish) is perfect. (Will have to mix in a seperate bowl if you choose to use parchment paper in your dish when baking. I did not.)

-MASH your bananas IN the baking dish or bowl.

-Add the two eggs and maple syrup to the mashed up banana and mix.

-Throw in the coconut flour and stress blend and mix.

Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.

ENJOY! We recommend no eating more than 1/6 of the bread in a sitting. ;) Adaptogens are very powerful and too much can be a bad thing!
