Lemon Ginger Chia Seed Pudding w/ Adaptogens

One of our favorite ways to enjoy the focus blend is to incorporate it into a tangy and yummy chia seed pudding recipe! Balanced blood sugar, happy brain-- this is a delicious snack!

FOCUSBLEND CHIA SEED PUDDING:

In a jar:
-Add 1.5 tablespoons of chia seeds
-Add 1 scoop of the focus blend
-Add 1 tablespoon of hemp heart seeds
-Add 1 tablespoon (or more, or less) of maple syrup

Then, add 3/4 - 1 cup almond milk. 

Add a lid to your jar and SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE. For a good 20 seconds!

After this, put it in the fridge for five minutes. After five minutes, take it out and shake it again. Put it back in the fridge.

Leave it for four hours (or overnight) for your chia seed pudding the next day! 


Top it with whatever brings you joy. :)
